Real Estate Debt Group Overview

The Pyramis Real Estate Debt Group was formed in 1994 to invest in commercial mortgage-backed securities and other real estate debt instruments. Over time, the group has expanded the strategies and vehicles that it offers while the investment team has grown accordingly.The real estate debt group currently has approximately $3.3 billion of assets under management (as of 3/31/10).
