While the Pyramis organization was formed in 2005, Fidelity has been managing money for institutions for 45 years.

Kevin Uebelein is executive vice president, global head of Solutions Delivery of Pyramis Global Advisors, a Fidelity Investments company. Fidelity is one of the world's largest providers of investment management, retirement planning, brokerage, and human resources and benefits outsourcing services for individuals and institutions. Pyramis, with approximately $180.4 billion in assets under management as of March 31, 2012, focuses on investment products and solutions for institutional customers.

Mr. Uebelein joined Pyramis as chairman and president in 2008 from Prudential Financial, bringing more than 22 years of experience in the global institutional investment management business. He was Chief Investment Officer for all of Prudential Financial's International businesses from 2001 through May of 2008. This role included oversight of assets in aggregate of over $130 billion, encompassing businesses in Asia, Latin America and Europe, as well as the full gamut of asset types, investment styles and customers. Prior to assuming that role, Mr. Uebelein was managing director of Prudential Private Asset Management Group, with P&L responsibility for all the firm's private equity and alternative asset investment businesses, U.S. and internationally. He joined Prudential as a private placement analyst in 1986, based in Houston, after having spent several years as internal auditor in the oil industry and earning the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) professional designation.

Mr. Uebelein is a graduate of Harding University and earned a Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Rice University in 1986. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder, having completed the rigorous course of study to earn the professional designation in 1991.

Young Chin is chief investment officer of Pyramis Global Advisors, a Fidelity Investments company. Fidelity is one of the world's largest providers of investment management, retirement planning, brokerage, and human resources and benefits outsourcing services for individuals and institutions. Mr. Chin joined Pyramis in 2006 and oversees the firm's portfolio management, research, and trading functions. Pyramis, with approximately $180.4 billion in assets under management as of March 31, 2012, focuses on investment products and solutions for institutional customers.

Mr. Chin, a 33-year veteran of the investment management business, previously served as president and chief executive officer, Gartmore Global Investments, and co-global chief investment officer-equities, Gartmore Group, in Conshohocken, PA. In these dual roles, he oversaw investment units in the U.S., the U.K, and Japan with assets of more than $80 billion.

Prior to joining Gartmore, Mr. Chin was managing director, head of equity management, and director of equity management research for Brown Brothers Harriman in New York from 1999 to 2001. Previously, he served in a number of roles during the formation and building of PNC Financial's asset management business, including serving on the management committee of BlackRock. Mr. Chin began his investment career at Harris Bank in Chicago in 1978. Over a period of 14 years at Harris, including eight years serving as the director of a quantitative investment consulting service, he worked with more than 400 investment organizations that included investment advisors, pension plans, endowments, and foundations.

Mr. Chin received a bachelor of arts degree in economics in 1978 and a master's degree in business administration in finance in 1982, both from the University of Chicago.

Michael Barnett is Executive Vice President, Institutional Sales at Pyramis Global Advisors, a unit of Fidelity Investments. Fidelity is one of the world's largest providers of investment management, retirement planning, brokerage, and human resources and benefits outsourcing services for individuals and institutions. In this role, he is responsible for the overall sales operations of Fidelity's institutional business in the U.S. and Canada. Pyramis, with approximately $180.4 billion in assets under management as of March 31, 2012, focuses on investment products and solutions for institutional customers.

Appointed to his current position in 2010, Mr. Barnett joined Fidelity in 1999 and has since held a number of senior leadership roles within Fidelity's Advisor Distribution business in Canada. Mr. Barnett was first District Vice President and quickly became Vice-President, Regional Sales Manager for Ontario.

In 2004, he was appointed to Vice-President, Advisor Distribution, responsible for several major initiatives to advance Fidelity's Advisor Distribution business. In 2005, Mr. Barnett was appointed Senior Vice President of Sales for Fidelity's retail business, a $30 billion entity, in charge of revamping that group's structure and strategy. In 2006, he was named Executive Vice President with responsibility for overall growth and daily operations of Fidelity's institutional business in Canada.

Mr. Barnett has over 25 years experience in the financial services industry. Before joining Fidelity, he worked for Mackenzie Financial Corp. between 1987 and 1997, and for O'Donnell Financial Services from 1997 to 1999.

Mr. Barnett earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Long Island University.

Chuck Black is Head of Global Consultant Relations at Pyramis Global Advisors, a unit of Fidelity Investments. In this role, he focuses on the effort to grow Fidelity Asset Management’s presence in worldwide institutional markets by leading global consultant relations at Pyramis. Fidelity is one of the world’s largest providers of investment management, retirement planning, brokerage, and human resources and benefits outsourcing services for individuals and institutions. Pyramis, with approximately $180.4 billion in assets under management as of March 31, 2012, focuses on investment products and solutions for institutional customers.

Prior to joining Pyramis in 2011, Mr. Black was senior vice president, Investment Consulting Services and Consultant Relations at Fidelity’s Personal and Workplace Investments business focusing on the needs of corporate and tax-exempt organizations across the United States. In this role, he participated in the development of client solutions and set the strategic direction for investments, administration, and benefits outsourcing-related services for institutional clients and consultants. He joined Fidelity in 1997 as a senior vice president directing sales of defined contribution and defined benefit plans to mid-sized employers. He joined the Consultant Relations team as senior vice president and manager in 2003. In 2006, his management responsibilities expanded to include investment consulting. Prior to joining Fidelity, he was a vice president and regional sales manager at American Express Financial Services in Minnesota.

Mr. Black earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Vermont with an emphasis in economics and art. He holds the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (formerly NASD) Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses.

Michael Palermo is senior vice president, head of Relationship Management at Pyramis Global Advisors, a Fidelity Investments company. In this role, he is responsible for overall relationship management for institutional clients at Pyramis. Since joining the firm in 2011, Mr. Palermo has played a significant part in building and executing a strategy to establish a greater presence for Pyramis in the endowments, foundations and Taft-Hartley markets by developing and implementing strategic and operational sales plans in these critical markets. He has been an active and valuable member of the Global Sales Work Stream effort. Pyramis, with approximately $180.4 billion in assets under management as of March 31, 2012, focuses on investment products and solutions for institutional customers.

Prior to joining Pyramis, Mr. Palermo was senior vice president and director of Sales, Consultant Relations and Marketing at The Boston Company Asset Management, LLC from 2005 to 2009. Prior to assuming that role, he served in two different business development roles as a senior vice president of Sales and vice president, senior sales representative at The Boston Company Asset Management from 1996 to 2005, and Boston Safe Deposit & Trust Company/Mellon Trust from 1990 to 1996. In those roles, he was responsible for marketing and client service for corporate, public and Taft-Hartley pension plans, endowments, foundations and sub-advisory entities. He has 20 years of asset management industry experience.

Mr. Palermo earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Connecticut. He holds the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (formerly NASD) Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.

Michael A. Jones is president and chief executive officer of Pyramis Global Advisors, a Fidelity Investments company. Mr. Jones joined Fidelity in March 2012 in his current role. He also serves as the chairman of Pyramis. Fidelity is one of the world's largest providers of investment management, retirement planning, brokerage, and human resources and benefits outsourcing services for individuals and institutions. Pyramis, with approximately $180.4 billion in assets under management as of March 31, 2012, focuses on investment products and solutions for institutional customers.

Mr. Jones joined Pyramis from Columbia Management. From 2006 to 2007, he served as the global head of Distribution. Mr. Jones was promoted in 2007 to president of Columbia, overseeing Bank of America's asset management business. In 2010, when Columbia was bought by Ameriprise, Mr. Jones was named president, a role he held until joining Pyramis in early 2012.

Before joining Columbia, Mr. Jones was co-president and senior managing director at Robeco Investment Management from 2002 to 2006, where he led the firm's sales, relationship management, product development and marketing functions. From 1995 to 2002, he served as the chief operating officer at Boston Partners Asset Management. From 1982 to 1995, Mr. Jones worked at The Boston Company, serving as chief operating officer of Asset Management.

Mr. Jones received a Bachelor of Arts in history from Colgate University in 1981.
